FinishedTheme: In Focus: Shifting Gender Perspectives
Enter your photographs that show the inspiring, changing roles of men and women in Latin America and the Caribbean that cause us to reconsider and question our commonly held views on gender both at home and at work in the region.
Prizes:
- 25 finalists will be selected for 2011 MIF Photo Contest-In Focus: Shifting Gender Perspectives.
- The winners will be awarded with prizes of up to US$ 3,000.
Each photo must be accompanied by a description of the image containing up to 100 words in any of the four official languages of the MIF and the IDB Group: English, Spanish, Portuguese or French. This description must be a statement about how the photo showcases the story of gender equality in economic activities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
You may submit up to 5 photos. Only digital photos will be accepted via online submission.
Image requirements: JPG format; 150cm x 100cm at 72 dpi or 36cm x 24 cm at 300 dpi.
