Photocompete

• Copyright: Entrants permit the Foundation to use the photographs on the Foundation website and in other publications, including on the Foundation’s Facebook page.
• Entry fee: Free
• Entry deadline: 31st July 2011
• Who can enter: Open to all photographers, worldwide.

Theme: "All human beings are free and equal”

Feel free to interpreted in various ways. Do human rights really apply  for all human beings? Is there general agreement on the validity of human rights? Where and to what extent are human rights not observed in Europe today? How can we make the commitment to minorities more visible?

Prizes:

• A jury awarded prize of EUR 250 to each of the ten best entries
• Winning images will be published in a photo gallery  (www.stiftung-evz.de)  and on the Foundation’s Facebook page.
• The picture with the most votes by the Facebook community will win a further EUR 250.

You may submit up to three photos. Send your photos and the entry form, including all necessary information on the photographer and the picture caption (motif, location, date etc.), by email to [email protected]. Download the entry form at here

Only digital images may be submitted: JPG format and minimum resolution of 640×640 pixels.
