Photocompete

• Copyright: Artists whose submissions are chosen for the exhibition grant the Organizers the right to use their images for the purpose of marketing the exhibition, marketing the Center's programs and subsequent display on the Center's website of past exhibitions.
• Entry fee: $35 for the first three images, $10 each additional image.
• Entry deadline: 27th April 2011
• Who can enter: Open to photographers of all levels, worldwide.

Theme: Dreams

Our conscious and subconscious mind produces dreams that consist of images, ideas, sensations and emotions. Often they represent our aspirations, goals, and fears both realistic and fantastic.

Awards:

• Juror’s Selection: $300
• Director’s Selection: $200
• 2 liveBooks Website Awards: Valued at $399 from liveBooks.com
• Honorable Mention Awards: 2 year membership and a three image submission to a call for entry at the Center.

Selected artists will be notified by May 6th. Exhibition dates: July 29 – August 27, 2011

There is no limit to the number of images that may be submitted.

Image requirements: 
• Resolution 72 ppi and 1280 pixels on the longest side
• Flattened JPG files
• 8 bit files
• Images must be in RGB or Grayscale
• Use JPG compression quality 8 or medium
