Theme: Double Takes: discovering the world’s most unusual recycling schemes

The goal is to find the most original, innovative and fun ways of recycling or re-using things. Images can be of anything, in any style, that shows how things can be re-used or recycled. The more unusual or fun the better. It could be a small, everyday object like a drinking glass or handbag, or something bigger like a wind turbine made from yacht sails or a bike made from washing machine parts.

Prizes:

1. 1st Prize – DSLR Camera (£500 value)
2. 2nd Prize – 1 Year’s Carbon Offset (£150 value)
3. Runners’ Up Prizes – 1 of 5 OWL Energy Meters

Entries are limited to 3 images per member. You need to register at elpis.com.

• File formats: jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif,. x-png tiff, and .pjpeg file types.
• Maximum file size: 2 MB
