• Copyright: Entrant grants Sponsor and its designees an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use the entry and his/her name, city and state of residence for credit purposes in Sponsor's online and brick and mortar retail galleries for the purposes of displaying winning images, without further compensation, notification or permission. ENTRANT WILL RETAIN COPYRIGHT OF THEIR ENTRY/IMAGE(S). SPONSOR DOES NOT SEEK ENTRANT TO SURRENDER OWNERSHIP OR COPYRIGHT OF ANY IMAGE(S) SUBMITTED FOR ENTRY.

• Who can enter: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

Judging criteria: Adherence to Theme, Composition and Creativity/Originality

A maximum of ten (10) photographs may be submitted, per person. You can submit to one or all of the categories, not exceeding a total of ten photos. Photos must be submitted in .JPG format and cannot exceed 1MB in size. Images MUST meet the following criteria to qualify:

• Photos submitted must be a .JPG file
• Photos must be a minimum of 640 pixels on the longest side
• Photo file size must be no larger than 1MB
• Photos should have a resolution of 72 PPI
• Photos can not have watermarks or signatures
