• Copyright: By entering the Contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable perpetual, nonexclusive license to WeArePhotographers.com or their assignees, to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entries (along with name credit) in connection with future Contests and promotion of future Contests and our web site. None of the photographs entered in the contest will be sold or distributed to a third party without the written consent of the entrant and completion of an agreement for royalty payments to the entrant.
• Entry fee: $10
• Entry deadline: 8th September 2009
• Who can enter: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.

The three photographs that you submit must be as a portfolio, representing the title of the contest, “Scenes of Summer”.

Prizes

1. The first place winner will receive a $1500 merchandise certificate.
2. The second place winner will receive a $500 merchandise certificate.
3. The third place winner will receive a $250 merchandise certificate.

Only JPEG (.jpg) digital images will be accepted. All digital files must less than 1Mb when JPEG compressed. Modifications to the photographs, such as burn and dodge, color correction, or cropping are permitted.
