Photocompete

• Copyright: Photographer retains all copyright. The competition will not use any of the entered images for any purpose other than to promote the competition.

• Who can enter: Open to all photographers, worldwide. All images must be taken in Scotland.

Prizes:

• Winner = £2,000 cash plus a Sigma FP camera kit worth £1850
• Runner up = £500 cash plus Canon Powershot G7 II worth £569
• Third place = £200 cash plus Olympus camera bag worth £140
• 4th-10th places all get £50 cash
• Judges Merit Award = £250 cash plus a Kase filter kit worth £235

Online submission of digital images via the website.

Image requirements: Basic editing is allowed, but cloning of objects (either in or out), merging or two images which were not taken at the same time, or trying to create colours which were never present in the original scene are not allowed. We will need to see the original RAW or unedited file for all top ten images for each category. 1600 pixels along the longest edge. Save as a Jpeg file at high quality (around 80%).
