- Copyright: You grant the Organizer of the Contest consent to multiple, unrestricted by territory or time and free of charge use, in total and in selected parts of the Contest work (application) by the Organizer and its affiliated companies in all fields of exploitation (non-exclusive licence agreement) in activities related to the promotion and documentation of Grand Mobile Photo contest and, in particular, the issuing (publishing) and dissemination in the form of audio, video, in print and in the Internet, and recording and copying on any existing storage medium (memory card, CD, DVD, paper, etc.)., You grant the Organizer of the Contest consent to multiple, unrestricted by territory or time and free of charge use, in total and in selected parts of the Contest work (application) by the Organizer and its affiliated companies in all fields of exploitation (non-exclusive licence agreement) in activities related to the promotion and documentation of Grand Mobile Photo contest and, in particular, the issuing (publishing) and dissemination in the form of audio, video, in print and in the Internet, and recording and copying on any existing storage medium (memory card, CD, DVD, paper, etc.).
- Entry fee: From 49 PLN (~11 Euro)

- Who can enter: Open to all photographers, worldwide.
Prizes:
- The winner of the Grand Prix Grand Mobile Photo shall receive a prize in the amount of EUR 3,000, less the 10% tax due in Poland on prizes.
- A prize in the amount of EUR 500, less the 10% tax due in Poland on prizes, shall be awarded in every main category.
- The winner of the Internet Users’ Choice Prize shall be granted a prize in the amount of EUR 2,000, less the 10% tax due in Poland on prizes.

Image requirements: minimum 1,000 px for the shorter side but they cannot exceed 15 MB. Photographs shall be submitted in the following formats: .jpg or .png. Photographs shall be taken with a mobile device – a smarthopne or a tablet.
