• Copyright: By entering a Printique Contest, the photographer will retain the rights of each photograph. However, winning and/or selected photographers shall be expected to grant Printique a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, reformat, adapt, creative derivative works, distribute, transmit, and display the photograph(s) photographer submits to Printique in and/or through any and all medium or media, now known or hereinafter developed or discovered, in connection with the Printique Contest and for no other use except with photographer’s additional written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld., By entering a Printique Contest, the photographer will retain the rights of each photograph.
