• Copyright: The Foundation shall have a perpetual non-exclusive royalty-free license to copy, publish, distribute and display, in any medium and in any publication, venue or program sponsored or authorized by the Foundation for the advancement of its mission and goals, any and all photographs submitted with each winning application.
• Entry fee: Free to students and US$50 for professional photographers
• Entry deadline: 30th September 2019
• Who can enter: Open to students and professional photographers, worldwide

The Alexia Foundation awards grants to student and professional visual journalists to help them produce projects that inspire change by addressing topics that are socially significant.

Awards:

• GRADUATE STUDENT AWARDS – $1,000 cash grant to help produce the proposed project.
• UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT AWARDS – $1,000 cash grant to help produce the proposed project.
• The Professional Grant recipient will receive $20,000 for the production of the proposed project.

Winners will be announced approximately Nov. 19, 2019.

The Grant was established to help promote world peace and cultural understanding. The strength of your written proposal will be judged equally to your photographic skills.

4. A body of work consisting of UP TO twenty (20) photographs

Image requirements: medium-quality JPEG images at 5000 pixels at the longest dimension at 72 dpi, using sRGB profile.
