• Copyright: Submitted images may appear on our website and on a variety of social media sites as part of the promotion of this competition.

• Who can enter: Open to all non-professional photographers from the UK, Images must have been taken in the British Isles.

Prizes:

• £200 for the winner
• £50 each for one runner-up

Theme: Man’s impact on nature.
The photos you take could show the positive effect that man has had on nature – such as the creation of conservation projects or special places beneficial to wildlife – or they could illustrate the negative effects, such as marine plastics or polluted areas.

Judging criteria: originality, technical ability, composition, overall impact and artistic merit.

A maximum of two entries per person. Online submission of digital photographs by email.

Image requirements: at least 1Mb in size in JPEG format.
