• Copyright: You will retain all rights to any photograph you submit and grant The Passporte Gallery royalty-free, nonexclusive rights to publicly display the images on our website and social media platforms.
• Entry fee: $25 per entry
• Entry deadline: 24th September 2017
• Who can enter: Open to photographers 18 years or older globally, amateur and professional, working in any photographic medium or style.

Awards:

• Juror’s Award: US $300 for one photographer
• Director’s Award: US $200 for one photographer

Surreal images range from the impossible to an overlap of, and possibly a collision between, the real and the imaginary. They sustain a tension that challenges the viewer to think beyond reason and obvious calculation. The viewer is invited to decipher metaphor and delve into dreamscapes, to draw meaning or simply to ponder a fantastic, irrational moment. For this group exhibition, we seek photographs that draw the viewer into an experience beyond the explicable and the ordinary.

You may submit 3 images for the theme. Online submission of digital photographs via the website.

Image requirements: 72 dpi JPEG’s between 1500 and 2000 pixels on the largest side, and less than 10MB in size.
