Surreal images range from the impossible to an overlap of, and possibly a collision between, the real and the imaginary. They sustain a tension that challenges the viewer to think beyond reason and obvious calculation. The viewer is invited to decipher metaphor and delve into dreamscapes, to draw meaning or simply to ponder a fantastic, irrational moment. For this group exhibition, we seek photographs that draw the viewer into an experience beyond the explicable and the ordinary.
