• Copyright: Photographers retain all rights to their work, except for submissions accepted for exhibition: artists grant Vermont Photo Space the right to use their images to promote the exhibition and for display on VPS website and for inclusion in an exhibit catalog.
• Entry fee: US$29 for 5 images and $5 for each additional image. Entries by email $34 for 5.
• Entry deadline: 19th April 2017
• Who can enter: Open to all photographers, worldwide.

Getting close enough to one’s subject(s) is difficult for most of us, and yet it’s essential to making effective street photographs. For this exhibit Darkroom Gallery and juror Bruce Gilden will be looking for your ability to step into the interplay of human activity and to seize the moment.

Awards:

• All selected entries are exhibited in the gallery [25 May – 18 June 2017] and included in a full color exhibit catalog.
• Juror’s Choice receives a 30×48 vinyl exhibit banner featuring their image, free entry into a future exhibition, a free exhibition catalog;
• Honorable Mentions receive free exhibition catalogs and free entry in a future exhibition.

Image requirements: no larger than 1280 pixels on the longest side, jpg format; saved at the highest quality; sRGB color space.
