Each entrant may submit a maximum of 3 images per subject category. Images must be of one of Chelmsford City parks and gardens, nature reserves or woodland for more information go to parks and green spaces. Online submission of digital photographs via the website.

Image requirements: jpeg format, min 300dpi, four colour (black and white or sepia NOT permitted), still images only, minor digital adjustments are permitted.
