Theme: Dreams and Imagination

Black Box Gallery will host a juried group photography exhibition on dreams and imagination in the photographic arts. Dreams: Illusion and Fantasy will look at the role of fiction and fantasy, narrative and artistic voice, mystery and illusions, conscious and unconscious, ethereal and symbolic, and abstracted reality in contemporary photographic practices.

Award:

• Exhibition in Black Box Gallery, Portland Oregon  (June 1-20, 2013)
• Black Box will provide all framing, matting and printing for our exhibitions.

Image requirements: Jpeg format; 1024 pixels on the longest side at 72 DPI, 2MB or less each (saved). The photographers who are selected into the exhibition will provide a high resolution Tiff file for our gallery to print for the exhibition.
