FinishedThe aim of the competition is to encourage and inspire the general public to take photos to really capture and celebrate the beauty and essence of stone memorials. It also helps to emphasise their beauty as works of art and as historic monuments.
Entrants are required to submit two photos, one representing stone memorials in history (then) and the other showing a more modern stone memorial (now.). The ‘now’ memorial MUST be from the 21st Century ONLY.
Prizes:
- 1st prize £1000
- 2nd prize – a digital camera
Photo editing is prohibited. Submission of digital photographs by email.
Image requirements: JPG Format, 2480 x 1748 pixels minimum.
