Theme: "Graffiti!"

Graffiti by nature is a controversy. To some it is mere vandalism, but to others it may be considered an art form. Its roots can be traced to ancient Greece and to the Roman Empire. Graffiti may embellish abandoned buildings with colorful and elaborate designs or it can be simple political or moral statements painted on brick walls.

• All three winners plus three Honorable Mentions will receive:

Judging criteria:

• 25% credit to adherence to theme of contest
• 25% credit to originality of thought
• 25% to artistic interpretation
• 25% to photographic skills

Image requirements: Under 1 Mb in file size; no watermarks, captions and/or borders. Image size up to 1200 pixels on the longest side. JPG format.

You can submit up to 6 images. Online submission of digital photographs via the website.
