Habitat for Humanity International is aimed at changing lives of people in need through the provision of safe, decent and affordable homes.
Habitat World invites you to submit photos that illustrate the organization’s scope of work. Try to convey ideas and emotions as it will be a judging criteria as well as the technical skills. You can photograph volunteers, houses, families, the need in your community, etc.
The grand prize:
- The contest winner will be awarded a spot as a volunteer at the 28th annual Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project, which will take place November 6 – 12, 2011, in Haiti’s Central Plateau. (Value $6,000)
