Photocompete

• Copyright: The entrant will retain copyright in their submitted entries and grants to the ESAI a licence to publish and use the entry in any and all media for publicity purposes.
• Entry fee: Free
• Entry deadline: 31st December 2010
• Who can enter: Open to amateur photographers only.

 

Theme: "The Energy of Nature".
Entrants are encouraged to interpret the theme as they see fit.

Prizes:

• €250 voucher for www.pixmania.ie
• Professional framing of the winning entry
• One year membership of ESAI for two runners up.

Judging criteria:

• picture quality
• composition
• the appropriateness of the caption

Entrants are requested to limit their submission to two entries.

• Print Entries:
  • Each entry must be accompanied by a signed copy of the official Entry Form
  • Photographs must be not less than 6 x 4 inches in size.
  • For return of photographs please include a stamped addressed envelope.
  • All photographs are sent at entrants own risk.
• Digital Entries
  • Each entry must be accompanied by a copy of the official Entry Form
  • Photographs must be not greater than 5MB in size.
  • Photographs must be submitted in .jpg format.
  • Preferably, all digital photographs should be at 300dpi resolution.
