To celebrate the re-launch of the iconic Fujichrome Velvia 50, AP has joined forces with Fujifilm and Light & Land – Europe’s largest specialist photographic tour company-to offer one lucky photographer the chance to win a Light & Land photographic holiday-of-a-lifetime to Turkey worth more than £2,000!

The winner will enjoy a pre-tour tutorial before leaving for a seven-night photographic holiday in Turkey, where he or she will learn the ropes from Charlie Waite in stunning Istanbul and Cappadocia.

There are also 10 runner-up prizes of a years free subscription to AP, 10 rolls of Velvia 50 and a copy of the Light & Land book ‘Developing Vision and style’
How to enter

‘Views on Velvia’ is the theme of the competition and the judges will be looking for original and passionate photographs that display excellent composition and a good use of light and colour.

All images must be taken on Fujichrome Velvia 50, Fujichrome Velvia 100 or Fujichrome Velvia 100F colour transparency films. Entry is free and photographers can submit as many images as they like.

The closing date for entries is 23 November 2007. Short-listed finalists will be invited to submit a print for final judging. Images must be scanned and submitted to www.velvia50.co.uk
