Photocompete

• Copyright: Each photographer retains all copyrights to his or her images. Photographers whose submissions are chosen for the exhibition grant the Los Angeles Center of Photography (LACP) the right to use their images for display on LACP’s website and for the purpose of promoting exhibitions, promoting LACP’s programs, and promoting the artist.
• Entry fee: From $50 for 1-5 images
• Entry deadline: 22nd March 2021
• Who can enter: Open to all photographers, worldwide.

The theme is street shooting in Los Angeles and Around the World.

Prizes:

Single Image Competition

1. 1st Place receives a $250 gift card plus one-year Membership at LACP ($345 value);
2. 2nd Place receives a $250 gift card;
3. 3rd Place receives a free one-year Membership.

Series Competition (at least six images from a body of work)

• One prize winner: $1,000 cash prize and guest speaker appearance during STREET WEEK in LA (April 18-24, 2021).

The juror: Bob Patterson

There is no limit to the amount of images which can be submitted. Submission of digital images by email.

Framed prints (if accepted) due in gallery: Friday, January 27, 2017

Image requirements: JPG format; 1200 pixels on the long side at 72 dpi
