• Copyright: The Organizer reserves the right to use and share the submitted Photographs and Films for the purposes of informing the public about the Contest results, as well as its promotion and popularization, citing the surname of the author without his/her written consent.

• Who can enter: Open to all photographers, worldwide.

• Language and culture around me – photos depicting the presence of language and culture in any kind of space, landscape or objects,
• Language and its people – photos depicting people and their culture in connection with a minority language,
• Here and now – photos documenting past or present situations and events related to linguistic and cultural diversity, or linguistic activism.

Works should represent minority languages or non-standard linguistic varieties and their culture.

Prizes in each category will be awarded by the Jury

A shortlist of up to ten finalists and the winner in each category will be announced on October 15, 2018

Each participant is entitled to submit up to four entries: maximum three photographs and maximum one film.
