The organisers and sponsors reserve the right to free reproduction and exhibition of entered images in all media, but only in connection with these awards.

The top 20 selected images will be exhibited on the website and at a central London location for six months. Out of the 20 selected, three will win:-
- First Place: £500 cash prize
- Second Place: £300 cash prize
- Third Place: £200 cash prize
