- Copyright: Copyright of all photos entered into the Competition shall remain with the respective entrant. By entering the competition entrants grant the Competition Organizer an unlimited licence to use or display the relevant photo(s) as they shall reasonably see fit in connection with the Competition, both for the duration of the Competition and for 6 months thereafter, including without limitation display of the image(s) on the Competition website and in any promotion related to the Competition, for publicity purposes and in connection with any announcement of results or prizes.

Images submitted for the Competition must have been taken with the App and must be subject to no external post processing (although for the avoidance of doubt they may be edited before submission using the editing function contained within the App). Each entrant may submit up to 20 entries on his/her account.
