Winners will be announced and exhibited at the 2014 Our World Underwater show in Chicago, Feb 14-16, 2013, and published on UnderwaterCompetition.com no later than Feb 20, 2014.

Image requirements: JPG format; between 2000 and 6000 pixels in the longest dimension; under 5 Mb in file size.

Online submission of digital photographs via the website or on CD by post. All images need to have been taken underwater.
