• Copyright: The organizing committee is entitled to display the entries in connection to the exhibition on the website of China Photographers Association, and use the selected and awarded works in the exhibitions, yearbooks, catalogues, picture books, CDs as well as media promotion and other online or offline activities between 2013 and 2014 free of charge.
• Entry fee: Free

• Who can enter: Open to all photographers, worldwide.

 

Categories:

• Theme: "Female" (documentary works ONLY). Capture the daily lives and hardships of women around the world in a genuine, comprehensive and objective fashion, in the hope of arousing the interest of the public, government and media in female-related issues through the camera lens.
• Non-themed – documentary, art and commercial photos

Awards:

• "Female" themed category
  •     Gold Medal Award: two winners; each with a prize of RMB 50,000 (after tax), a CPA medal and a certificate
  •     Silver Medal Award: four winners; each with a CPA medal and a certificate
  •     Bronze Medal Award: six winners; each with a CPA medal and a certificate
  •     Excellence Award: 20 winners; each with a CPA ribbon and a certificate
  •     150 works (including award-winning ones) shall be selected for award consideration and certificates shall be granted to the corresponding photographers.
• Non-themed categories (Documentary; Art; Commercial)
  •     Gold Medal Award: two winners; each with a prize of RMB 20,000 (after tax), a CPA medal and a certificate
  •     Silver Medal Award: four winners; each with a CPA medal and a certificate
  •     Bronze Medal Award: six winners; each with a CPA medal and a certificate

Both singles and series of photos are acceptable, and the number of photos in each series shall be limited to 4 -12.
