Photocompete

• Copyright: Photographers retain the copyright of all submitted pictures. The IMS and its partners are allowed to use the pictures for the communication of the IMS Photo Contest and its winners, as well as for the promotion of the IMS (with the photographer's credit).
• Entry fee: Free
• Entry deadline: 21st July 2013
• Who can enter: Open to professional and amateur photographers starting from the age of 16.

Enter your best mountain picture true to the motto „Mountain.Lights&Shadows“.

Prizes:

• 1st prize:  € 3.000
• 2nd prize: € 2.000
• 3rd prize:  € 1.000
• The photographers of the 20 pictures obtaining the most votes from the public will be awarded with an annual subscription for a partner magazine and receive a prize, kindly put on disposal by sponsors of the IMS.
• Photo exhibition: 17.10.2013 – 22.10.2013 in Brixen/Bressanone.

Public voting: 01.08.2013 – 18.08.2013

Each participant can only submit 1 photo. Online submission of digital photographs via the website.

Image requirements: TIF or JPEG format; maximal side length is of 1200 pixel (ex.14x10cm at 72 dpi); under 2 MB in file size. For the exhibition the photographer should have the same picture in a resolution at least at 2300 x 3500 pixel (20x30cm at 300dpi).
