• Copyright: Each entrant grants to Western Digital a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such uploaded Photo.
• Entry fee: Free
• Entry deadline: 9th December 2012
• Who can enter: Open to any individual at or above the age of 18 residing in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, New Zealand, Australia, Korea and Taiwan.

Please upload any photo of you, your favourite item, place, hobby or person that best expresses your individuality and the colours of your life. It could be a picture of you simply smiling to the camera wearing your favourite red baseball cap or a great view of the sky from your bedroom window. Be creative, use your imagination!

Ten entries with the highest number of votes will qualify for the finals. WD will pick the grand winner and the five consolation prize winners from the ten finalists based on the judging criteria below.

Prizes:

• Olympus PEN E-P3 12.3 MP Live MOS Interchangeable Lens Camera with 14-42mm Zoom Lens (Approximate Retail Value: $699 US) and  1 WD Black 2 TB HDD (Approximate Retail Value: $200 US).
• The Consolation Prize Winners will each be entitled to a WD Blue 1 TB HDD (Approximate Retail Value: $100 US) each

Winners will be announced through the Website on December 30, 2012

Judging criteria:

• how closely the photos follow the themes of the Contest – adequately expressing individuality, beauty of life, colours, illustration and creativity.
• (a) Originality – 50%
• (b) Creativity – 50%

Image requirements: JPG or PNG format; 2MB maximum file size
