• Who can enter: Professional and non professional women photographers from all countries.

As in the two previous editions, WPGA invites women photographers working in all mediums, styles and schools of thought. Traditional, contemporary, avant-garde, creative and experimental works that include old and new processes, mixed techniques, and challenging personal, emotional or political statements will be welcome.

Award:

• 12 women photographers will be invited to exhibit (and sell) their work in a very selective collective exhibition in Paris during 2013, honoring one hundredth year of the birth of Robert Capa, co-founder of Magnum Photos and famous war photojournalist. WPGA will take care of the framing and matting, as well as all gallery expenses. A catalog will be printed, and all 12 awardees will receive one free copy.

Only Single images will be accepted; no portfolios in this edition. Winners will be annouced by March 8th, 2012. Online submission only.

Image requirements: 8 bit JPEG files; up to 1280 pixels (width or height) and no less than 800 pixels; 72 dpi; JPG compression quality of 7 or 8; flattened layers;  RGB color profile.
