Submit exciting, storytelling and insightful photographs which represent the richness of culture and the vibrancy of the people who interact with it.

Prizes:

• 1st Prize: €100 and your photo featuring on the cover page of the Cultural Diplomacy Outlook 2011
• 2nd Prize: €75
• 3rd Prize: €50
• The top 10 photographs will be selected and featured in our annual Cultural Diplomacy Outlook 2011
