Photocompete

• Copyright: The rights and ownership of images remain to the owners of the images who shall authorize the organizers the use of their submitted photographs, at no charge for needs regarding the promotion of the contest. With each use of pictures, the organizers will always give credit to the authors.
• Entry fee: The registration fee is 22 euros
• Entry deadline: 30th November 2011
• Who can enter: Open to all photographers worldwide.

This international contest is dedicated to nature and environment photography.

Prizes:

• The winner will receive the trophy Oasis Photo Contest 2011 and a check for $ 2,000
• For each of the 10 sections three winners will be selected. The first winner of each category will get a prize of 500 euros. The awards for the second and third place will be listed on the site.
• Among all Italian authors a winner will be selected and will be awarded the title of Best Italian Author 2011, and the Africa Wild Truck prize, which consists of a trip to Zambia for two people

Judging criteria: technical, environmentalist and natural relevance.

Each competitor can participate in one or more sections. For each section the maximum number of entries is 4 images, with the exception of "Portfolio" which allows a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 works. You can submit your entry online or by mail on a CD.

Image requirements: resolution of 300 dpi and at least 15 cm height, that is 1800 pixels.
