• Copyright: Copyright of the photograph shall remain with the photographer at all times. However, all entrants agree to allow ThePhotoVote.com permission to use the work for promotional purposes in any of their electronic media two years from submitting your photo, without further permission or remuneration.
• Entry fee: Free
• Entry deadline: Every month
• Who can enter: Open to all photographers worldwide from age 16.

Each month there will be a contest or theme given with a deadline. The first 50 to register, sign up and submit a photo are entered into the contest. After the submission deadline there is a two week voting process.

Prizes:

• 1st place – minimum $50
• 2nd place – minimum $25

Public voting will select the winners. Online submission only. You need to register in order to enter this contest.
