• Copyright: Entrants will retain full rights to the images entered.the entrant also gives permission for both the hard copies and digital files on CD of the images to be retained by ORGANZ in its archives and be available for use by ORGANZ for any non-commercial purpose.

• Who can enter: Open to any photographer resident in New Zealand

ORGANZ intends to publish a special calendar featuring top quality images of New Zealand organs or other organ-related subjects.

Theme: a New Zealand organ, or a detail thereof, or of a subject closely related to a New Zealand organ

Prizes:

1. First $1,000
2. Second $500
3. Third $250

Images in colour are preferred, but monochrome images will be considered. A maximum of FIVE images may be submitted by each entrant. Each image must be accompanied by a FULL DESCRIPTION, clearly related to its image, of its content including if possible the date taken.

Images must be presented as BOTH:

• PRINTS sized between about 150 mm x 100 mm (6” x 4”) and 300 mm x 210 mm (approx. 12” x 8”)
• FULL-SIZED DIGITAL DATA FILES in JPEG format on a CD.  The digital files must be large enough to allow the image to be printed at a minimum of 300mm x 210mm at a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
