Who can enter: Open to residents of Bulgaria, Croatia, Egypt, Hungary, Israel, The Netherlands, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey and the United Kingdom, aged from 6 to 14 years old.
The International Photography Contest for Kids is a 2-tiered competition recognizing the accomplishments of young photographers worldwide.
Local IPC for Kids Contest: The contest is run on the local level through each of the 13 participating National Geographic Kids editions.
Worldwide IPC for Kids Contest: 1st place images from each of the local contests are automatically forwarded to NGS headquarters in Washington, D.C., for judging against all other winning entries.
One Grand Prize winner will win a five-day, four-night trip to Washington, D.C., including a special tour of National Geographic headquarters. The winning photograph will appear in participating editions of National Geographic Kids magazine.
