NBP does not restrict future sales of the image, rather NBP enhances opportunities to market the photograph as a ‘Winner’ in a very prestigious competition.

- Copyright: The Escuela Nacional Sindical (ENS) acquires the printing rights on the selected and rewarded photographs, to be able to publish them or exhibit them. The author keeps the intellectual and patrimonial rights to the photographs.
The selected and winning works will become part of the physical and digital archives of the ENS, which will be able to exhibit them and publish them, giving due credit to the artists but without any financial award to the authors.

The Grantee also grants Photocrati the right to use the resulting imagery on its website, in printed materials, or in galleries for the purpose of promoting the Photocrati Fund.
