• Copyright: Winning images will be published in the April/May 2018 issues of Photo Life and Photo Solution magazines, available on newsstands as of the beginning of April 2018, and may be presented on photolife.com and photosolution.ca websites. Photographers retain copyright on any photo they submit to the Contest.

Image requirements: PEG format, 1200 pixels on the longest side, and does not exceed 1 MB. File names must not exceed 40 characters and must not contain accents, spaces or special characters other than the hypen (-) and the underscore (_). Contest winners will be required to provide a high-resolution version (maximum-quality JPEG, at least 10 inches on the longest side at 300 dpi) of their images for publication in the magazines.

Judging criteria: originality, relevance to the theme, composition, lighting and technical quality.
