The 10th International Photo Competition “Earthen Architectures”

The “rediscovery” of the knowledge linked to earthen architecture recomposed in images, like tiles of a mosaic made of people, things, material and places. Images that could be interpreted as “surviving structures” or “new scenarios”, as well as architectures of the territory, memories and situations.

Theme: “Raw Earth Architechural Structures"

Prizes:

  • 1st prize winner: Euro 515,00
  • 2nd prize winner: Euro 260,00
  • 3rd prize winner: Euro 130,00
  • To the five outstanding photographs: a book on earthen architecture;

Each author may propose up to 4 (four) photographs. The prints must not be larger than 30 cm x 40 cm. and must be printed on photo paper. A digital version of the pictures has to be supplied. Smaller prints must be mounted on cardboard (frame or passe-partout) of the above-mentioned size. Digital pictures can be sent on CD-ROM, in the following formats: TIFF, EPS or JPG and sized 15×20 cm, image resolution set to 300 dpi. Please use CMYK. Photoclubs may send group works.
