Current Photo Contests

The L’Esprit Photo Competition is an initiative which aims to capture in the photographer’s frame the delight and regard inspired by feminine beauty, interpreted in a thousand ways and coming from every corner of the world. Wishing to promote the very best of the contemporary photographers who capture that inestimable beauty, the L’Esprit Décoration brand is desirous of adopting the mantle of promoter for this unique event.

Theme: Portraits of women.

Prizes:

• Grand Prix - Ford Focus.
• 1st prize - High range DSLR camera with lens (the choice between the Nikon D700 with Nikkor AF-S VR 24-120mm f/3,5-5,6G IF-ED kit and the Canon EOS 5D mark II with Canon EF 24-105 f4 L kit)
• 2nd prize - Notebook Toshiba Satellite L300-1F9
• 3rd prize - Sekonic L-758D DigitalMaster Light Meter.

100 photographs will be selected to create an exhibition to be shown in Warsaw, Krakow, Pozna? and Wroc?aw.

Only the Contest Entries that are submitted in an electronic form and that meet the following technical requirements shall be admitted to the Contest: files in JPG format in the "RGB" color space or in "Greyscale". Size of the photographs submitted for the needs of the first stage of evaluation of Contest Entries should be between 800 px and 1600 px on the longer edge (horizontal or vertical depending on the orientation of the contest photograph); shorter edge should be proportional to the longer one depending on the original composition of the submitted photograph.

• Copyright: By submitting his/her application to the Contest each Contest Participant shall grant the Organizer a royalty free authorization to use the Contest Entry in the scope necessary to conduct the Contest, including, in particular, making digital copies of the Contest Entry by introducing it to the Contest Operation System and by making available the Contest Entry to the members of the Contest Committee for evaluation purposes. After submitting the Contest Entry to the Contest the Contest Participant shall not have the right, until the date of announcement of Contest results, to submit such Contest Entry to any other contest or to distribute it in any way.
