Current Photo Contests

Photographs may include landscape, locales, activities, people and/or animals, but must convey the allure of San Francisco.

Prizes:

• One (1) Grand Prize Winner will have his/her photograph prominently featured on sfTravel.com and receive $100.00 USD.
• Twenty-five (25) Runner-Up Winners will have their photographs featured in a slideshow on sfTravel.com and will win a commemorative souvenir of sfTravel.com.

Entries will be judged on the following criteria: impact of visual and verbal expression conveying the essence of San Francisco (55%); overall quality of photograph (25%); creativity/originality (20%). The decision of the judges will be final.

All entries should be emailed to sfphotocontest at gmail dot com (formatted for email).

• Eligibility: Open only to people who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec)

• Entry deadline: 1 July 2009
