“Copyright: Contestants will retain the rights to their photographs. However, contestants grant Tamron USA, Inc. and its agency unlimited rights, for 18 months, usage of the winning image, the winner’s name, photo, and likeness in any advertising/promotion efforts by Tamron USA, Inc.”
So basicly Tamron USA has the right to use my photo and info for 18months in any way they want? if i were to submit a photo and say for example it is used for advertising will i be credited for my work? for example will they put somthing on or under it that says Photo by Natalie Moreno or photographer Natalie Moreno? or is it just the picture?

For the next several months, more than 50 Tamron spotters located throughout the U.S. will be looking for people using their Tamron lens at all sorts of places: the zoo, your local coffee house, the airport, sporting events, theme parks, national monuments, school plays and so many more locations. If you are spotted, he/she will give you a pin right there! Pins will also be given out while supplies last at trade shows where we exhibit, events at local Tamron authorized retailers, at Tamron Road Series 09 events, and more. See our events page for a list of dates and places and check back frequently as new events are listed all of the time. If you can’t make an event or haven’t been spotted, see the rules below on how to get a pin while supplies last, or a personal pin number even if we’ve run out of them.
