Monthly Pets Photography Contest

« A change in aperture is a great technique for creating depth of field. »

All photos must incorporate pets to be considered for the contest. We cannot accept photos of non-companion animals.Winners will be selected on a monthly basis by a committee from AnimalAttraction.com. The winner will be selected from among the photos with the highest average rating from among the top 10 vote getters. The rating average is calculated by dividing the total score for an individual photo by the number of voters for that photo.

General Guidelines

Photos must be in .jpg format and below 300K in size.
We can not accept photos of minors, unless accompanied by an adult.

Thanks for pushing the ‘rights’ up front…I myself won’t enter because of that very thing. Kinda sad really, that someone would need such rights to photos…..good way to build someone else’s stock photography morgue lol and yet many will enter, full unaware what they are getting themselves into

Yes, John, I completely agree with you. Of course I try to focus on the high caliber contests but sometimes I have to add other ones as well. I plan to introduce some kind of rating: Grands and All others. I welcome your ideas on this because I am trying to make this site more useful to readers of any professional level.
